With ilk brewing just blocks away, I would get use to a theme of frequent collaboration. To celebrate the current times and glory days, we stepped right into Pat’s wheelhouse. Making a mixed ferm light table beer, featuring saison yeast and a lager strain. So don’t go running for the hills, as its the best of both worlds. Ripping dry and estery, but quenching and bright. It’s definitely got some staples of both brewers tendencies and a shared goal of a glorious spring/summer sipper. Drink it fresh or let it rest, and watch the yeasts ebb and flow through different flavor emphasis overtime. Brewed with all WA barley and a couple oh fancy adjuncts. Hopped with Idaho Gem, German Tradition and Saaz which turns out to be a killer trio.
