We've been waiting for a chance to make this. Consider it a quest for a fall/winter beer that doesn't fit into a known category. With inspiration from the great seasonal Maple beers of the North East during the leaf-peeping season. We look to combo that with a carmelized brown sugar flavor and a clean/soft lager ferment. Beer name and label art inspired by the band Future Islands. 5.4% ABV
