Description: Named after the first known woman to climb Mount Rainier, Fay Fuller is Fair Isle's salute to all the women who have broken boundaries and summited mountains. Fay Fuller is a dry saison with notes of grapefruit pith, mango and herbs. Brewed with grains from LINC Malt and Tettnanger and Hallertau Blanc hops from Crosby Hops. Fermented and conditioned for eight weeks with our house culture of wild and feral yeasts and bacteria. Unfiltered and naturally conditioned.
